| Event Details: | With the new computer servers for Artificial Intelligence, we are faced with high density cooling applications that are now over 100 kw for a single server rack. These new servers are air cooled as well as water direct to the chip for cooling the processors. Artificial Intelligence is the latest application destined to change our world. We will touch on high-density air-cooled servers and how to cool racks above 15 kw load with rear door heat exchangers. For the higher load density servers, we see direct to chip water cooled servers as the solution. We will review the terminology for the water-cooled systems and the specs for the fluid used for direct to chip cooling. |
