ASHRAE Rochester Chapter 011 (Region I),

 As we start a new week, I would like to express sincere thank you to each individual for the amount of work put together each day. This year, the week of February 16^th – 22^nd is deemed National Engineers Week and is a time to recognize the arduous work that you put in every day. We work in a very dynamic challenging industry, where the good news is mostly no news. The last few years have presented our world with new challenges that you all hold the keys to decipher & solve successfully. The next several years will present us with more of the same, and how our community responds is going to have a reflective impact on our planet. It is an excellent time to be an Engineer to serve planet Earth.

 Also, this “National Engineers Week” is acknowledged by our local government as well as community. Please see the combined Proclamation received from City of Rochester and Monroe County (See DOCUMENTS), officially declaring the week of February 16^th as National Engineers Week by both authorities.
